Event details:
Each qualifier and the Grand Final will start at 9am and finish at 7pm.
There are 4 divisions
Open ( all ages )
Seniors ( 45 +)
Ladies ( all ages)
Junior 15 – 18. Must be 18 on the day of the final.
1. All competitors arrive at the event and register on the spot. Cost RM 50
2. Each competitor will receive 6 golf balls and a goodie bag which contains tournament cap, towel, ball and sponsors gifts.
3. Golfer must attempt their longest drive into the 45 yard wide fairway.
4. Only longest drive of the 6 balls counts.
5. Each golfer has 4 minutes total to hit all 6 balls.
6. A sound system is set up so golfers can bring along there own song they wish to hit balls to.
7. Each competitor will receive a certificate with their distance on it.
Rules:
1. Only balls coming to rest inside the demarcated area count.
2. A competitor can enter as many times as they wish on the day but can hit only six balls per registration. After hitting their 6 balls they can register again and hit another six balls.
3. Golfers only have 4 minutes to hit their 6 golf balls.
4. The distance is measured from where the ball comes to rest.
5. All golfers are to bring their own drivers. (There will be drivers available to use if necessary.)
6. All drivers need to conform with the USGA and R&A conforming list.
7. Drivers will be available for competitors to use.
 
Grand Final and Prizes:
The top 3 in the Open division from Penang, KL, and Johor will qualify for the 6 ball shoot out Grand Final in Kuala Lumpur. The top 6 in the Open division in KL will also qualify.
Trophy’s and Cash prizes are divided as follows for the Open Division Grand Final only: (Note: Cash prizes can only be won by Professional Golfers. Amateur Golfers can compete for prizes but are not permitted to win cash prizes as per the Rules of Amateur Status.)

A further MYR50000 worth of prizes is up for grabs in the Finals of the other Divisions.
The winner from each of the other Divisions at each event and the top 2 from Kuala Lumpur will qualify for the 6 ball shoot out Grand Final in Kuala Lumpur.
Prizes will be awarded from 1st to 6th in each of the Ladies, Seniors and Junior Divisions. Trophies will be awarded in all divisions for 1st to 3rd place.

FE Members:
All FusionExcel members please take note that there will be an FE stand at each event where Pendants, Bracelets etc will be available. In Penang and Johor there will be FE representatives. In KL there will be stocks of all items. So if you want to replenish your stock in KL come along and purchase as if the FE office has come to your area.
Also available at the events are exclusive FE Long Drive Challenge Golf Shirts, Caps and other memorabilia from the events.
